2022: Launch of the Digital Academy program
TechnoNICOL and VK became strategic partners and launched the Digital Academy training program. Its goals are to make knowledge of the figure more accessible to employees and to increase the effectiveness of interaction between TECHNONIKOL teams. This was announced by VK on May 11, 2022.
The Digital Academy program was developed by company experts together with specialists from the VK and Skillbox teams. Training lasts a year and includes four modules: project management, product management, cross-functional interaction and digital marketing. Teachers are IT experts and specialists with current competencies in project management. Each module ends with an exchange session with the VK command.
Our strategic goal is to make TECHNONIKOL a digital company that produces construction materials, "said Vladislav Utkin, Director of IT PPK TECHNONIKOL. - As a result, we will come to create all conditions for the formation of a single digital space for customers, partners and the company.
