Norilsk Nickel and 1C signed the general agreement about cooperation

As premises of conclusion of an agreement long-term positive operating experience of software products of 1C with attraction of a partner network of 1C, their prevalence Norilsk Nickel and also need of the solution of managerial tasks at the new technology level served in the enterprises of Group.

In spite of the fact that the Company has the high level of IT culture and the developed IT landscape, the development strategy of the Company assumes continuous improvement in the field of IT, including, use of the latest software versions from recognized developer companies.

Within implementation of the Agreement of the party intend to develop the solutions on the basis of software products of 1C working in the affiliated enterprises of Group Norilsk Nickel performing the providing functions and to make their transfer on a modern software platform of 1C: Enterprise 8.2.

Mutually beneficial cooperation will allow to optimize process of transition of affiliated enterprises of Group Norilsk Nickel on new software versions of 1C, to increase even more unification and standardization of an IT landscape of Group and to simplify processes of application integration and updating of IT infrastructure of Group.

Further development of solutions on the platform of 1C is going to be executed with active participation of 1C Company regarding designer's service, including quality control of works of 1C partner companies, the help in development of a functional architecture of solutions on the 1C: Enterprise platform, consultations on the choice of solutions for automation of activity of the enterprise.
