2020: Implementation of the Vitro Planner solution

Project Tasks:

Create a system for issuing and approving project orders within PIK-Project, taking into account labor costs and deadlines for their execution.

Justification of necessity:

• At that time, PIK Project did not have a lower-level planning tool.
• There was no single platform for issuing instructions for the development, approval, placement of files and execution analysis according to the main design results.
• VitroPlanner It was necessary to create a single system on the basis information of which you can give project orders, decompose project tasks to orders, monitor time the execution of tasks, manage status and design results. The internal name of the project was approved - "Planner System PEAK."

Project Progress:

• Prior to initiation of the implementation project, perform pilot operation in one department at one design site. (2019.09)

• Two-way implementation integration with the top-level planning system on the platform "." 1C(2020.06)

Project Outcomes:

• The collection of actual labor costs is ensured.
• Key reports for managers have been created to help you see the company's activities in terms of employees, departments, assignments, work and other parameters, as well as analyze the deviations of these parameters and compare the Plan/Actual.
• Two-way integration of services "1C: PM" and PIC Planner (schedule structure, project team of the object, planned work-actual work, roles, change reason codes, description of change reasons, planned start and end dates of tasks - actual start and end dates of tasks, task statuses) is performed.
• Special user-friendly interfaces have been developed for managers and performers working in the PIC Planner system.
