2022: Restructuring of formwork production for individual orders
On May 18, 2022, Regional Competence Center of Kaluga Region"" announced that the company Profile-MM"" (g.) "Profile-BM" is an enterprise for the production of steel structures. As of May 2022, the company has its own design bureau, whose specialists carry out detailed development of projects. The result of 20 years of work of the company was the formwork system "Gamma," on the basis of which nuclear energy, transport infrastructure, production, housing and industrial facilities were built.
Within six months, on the pilot production stream of linear shields, the enterprise managed to reduce the process time by 9%, the level of incomplete production by 19%. The increase in output per employee increased by 15%. The planned annual economic effect amounted to 13 million rubles.
