"Profile-BM" is an enterprise for the production of steel structures. As of May 2022, the company has its own design bureau, whose specialists carry out detailed development of projects. The result of 20 years of work of the company was the formwork system "Gamma," on the basis of which nuclear energy, transport infrastructure, production, housing and industrial facilities were built.

Within six months, on the pilot production stream of linear shields, the enterprise managed to reduce the process time by 9%, the level of incomplete production by 19%. The increase in output per employee increased by 15%. The planned annual economic effect amounted to 13 million rubles.

"We carry out all the activities developed for us by the RCC staff together with the working group. We check daily how the principles of lean production are respected. Separately we are going with the masters, talking about comments and changes. We heard questions that "fell in." Made decisions that optimized working conditions. As a result, productivity increased from 10 to 15% in various areas, and employee wages increased, on average, by 8.5%, " Nail Huseynov, head of production at Profile-BM, shared the results.

The current economic situation has made adjustments to the work of the enterprise - the production of serial products of steel structures has decreased. The company's managers faced the task of restructuring processes to individual orders.

"We are rebuilding the procurement area, which was chosen as the reference, for other products - non-standard metal structures. Now 80% of production time is occupied by them, and only 20% by serial products. The non-standard formwork in each project is different in size and functionality. These are projects of various architectural structures - bridge building, tunnel building, metro lines. Thanks to participation in the national project, we studied lean technologies.
