2022: Creation of a digital platform on radiation ecology and medicine

On May 20, 2022, ROSATOM State Corporation announced that it would take part in the creation of a single digital resource in the Chelyabinsk region for the management of scientific and information funds in the field of radiation ecology and medicine. Vladimir Leshchenko, Acting Head of the Digital Intelligent Systems Department of Tsiprum, as well as Ruslan Ushakov, Head of the Group on Products of the Tsiprum Enterprise Management, will participate in the implementation of the Roadmap for the Creation of a Digital Intersectoral Resource, combining scientific and information funds accumulated in the region in the field of radiation ecology and medicine.

Over the years, research data in the field of radiation safety have been accumulated in the Chelyabinsk region. The creation in the region, with the participation of Rosatom, of a single digital resource for collecting and storing information in the field of radio ecology will create conditions for its collective use, helping various project and research teams in the country to organize processes for managing environmental risks and developing medical technologies.

Specialists will provide methodological and technological expertise on digital tools in the field of knowledge management for the collection, management and collective use of scientific information. The work will take into account Rosatom's competencies in expert and analytical support for decision-making in the management of knowledge-intensive processes, as well as a number of digital solutions, including the prototype of the Intelligence digital knowledge management platform.

The platform developed at Zifrum is an aggregator of the intellectual capital of organizations, including the verification of key knowledge and the provision of a single information space for user collaboration.

Intelligence collects, accumulates and systematizes knowledge from various sources into a distributed base. The Digital Assistant provides the user with the information he needs, including analytics and data on organizations operating in the subject area.

By creating a single information space for collaboration, Intelligence users can create their own file storages articles and articles to enrich the expert system, as well as gain joint access to work with information.

An important function is the ability to create a community of practice for the implementation of specific project tasks: Intelligence automatically forms a pool of subject matter experts based on the authorship of articles posted in the system.

The IT potential of the system allows you to semantically search for information, use artificial intelligence tools and autoclassify data. The priority processes that the system provides include identifying and verifying critical knowledge, managing intellectual rights, and reusing knowledge. Also, Intellect allows you to digitize, map and evaluate knowledge.

Commenting on the inclusion of Rosatom representatives in the working group on the creation of a digital intersectoral resource in the field of radiation ecology and medicine, Vladimir Leshchenko called the upcoming work an important stage in the digitalization of the Chelyabinsk region, which will effectively use the accumulated intellectual potential for the development of the region.
