Development of Customer Care platform based on microservice architecture.

Project Description

Customer Care Online and Offline Support Web Application as part of the launch of a new project of the Group of Companies Human - providing mobile communications.

Realization

The Innovative People "from scratch" custom development team has developed the Customer Care platform based on a microservice architecture.

Within the framework of the project, a set of works was carried out, which includes the following tasks:

• Platform Service Interface Development
• Develop separate Reaction applications for each module/widget of the system:
  • creation and generation of client cases
  • notation system
  • user activity history
  • connected products and services, etc.

The source code for all areas of work is fully transferred to the customer, which allows you to further develop the web application on your own or by third-party performers.

Tasks to be solved

• Creation of a single window for Customer Care users - employees of retail customer support in offline and online channels.
• Create a separate client data presentation interface for VIP customer support employees.
• Prompt resolution of questions and requests from customers of the mobile operator HUMAN.
• Effective interaction of support personnel with the customer.
• Integration of user data of mobile operator clients.
