Task

Implementation of the project to analyze, document and create a prototype of a single credit pipeline commissioned by PJSC Rosbank (Societe Generale Group).

Project Description

This is one of the first Russia projects in the automation business processes credit of the Camunda-based conveyor.

Rosbank management received a prototype of the credit pipeline, which includes a modified version of Camunda Community with executable credit processes for legal entities, including special interfaces and preparations for the integration of external services.

Realization

• Implemented and put into commercial operation credit pipeline process: parameterization on Camunda BPMS business processes.
• BPMS includes key integration points and basic screen forms of the system.
• A description of the business process of lending to legal entities is documented in the BPM 2.0 notation.

Tasks to be solved

• Set up a prototype credit pipeline.
• Consulting and training of users on working in the system.
• Business requirements for the system are formed.
• A description of the business process of lending to legal entities in the BPMN 2.0 notation and task attributes is documented.
• Layouts of these interfaces have been developed.
• Specifications for process integration services (CRM, SAS ELM, E-library, etc.) have been developed.
