Task
Implementation of the BPM class system based on the Camunda platform for the Mafin personal insurance services platform by order of AbsolutTech LLC.
Project Description
The project was implemented at the end of 2018 by the Innovative People team. The solution is based on the Camunda technology engine.
During the first year of operation, no critical incident occurred since the launch of the system. The implemented BPMS based on Camunda works normally and has no complaints from the customer.
Realization
Innovative People as Project Executor performed the following works:
- Design a solution architecture based on customer needs and develop BPMS for process automation.
- Implementation of the developed system.
- Integration of BPMS with other components of the customer IT landscape based on the Kafka service bus.
Tasks to be solved
The customer's business objectives have been achieved:
- Formalization and execution of the company's business processes within the framework of the developed BPMS class solution.
- Complete automation of the business processes of interaction of the Mafin insurance platform with customers:
- BPMS management of all interaction processes with the client in dialogue format.
- Automated management of IT services that support all sales and customer service processes.
