Gazprom transgaz Stavropol (1C: Accounting)

Specialists of Business of IT company in July, 2008 carry out works on implementation and adaptation of the 1C: Accounting 8 software product in Gazpromtransgaz Stavropol LLC, the Directorate of Gas Pipelines Under Construction branch.

Number of employees of branch-85 of people. Quantity of the jobs equipped with 1C-20 software product. At implementation of the 1C: Accounting 8 software product the following works are performed:

• remaining balance is postponed for 1:01 a.m. 2008 from software "BUKAN";
• training of employees is provided;
• accounting settings are configured.

The following functional completions of the 1C: Accounting 8 configuration are executed:

• accounting of the VAT at construction (own or investment) taking into account specifics of holding;
• accounting of AVIZO (settlement on account 79):
  • data exchange between branches in Excel format

• the production cost accounting on two classifications articles and elements:
  • cost items (detailing to the 4th level)
  • cost items (detailing to the 5th level)

• accounting of Inventories:
  • on the Inventories groups
  • in the direction of use
  • on construction objects

• accounting of settlement with partners on construction objects;
• formation of a financial result taking into account filial structure;
• the management reporting for parent organization;
• data exchange with remote warehouses is configured.
