2022: Modernization of oil quantity and quality measurement system

On May 24, 2022, Krug announced that it had delivered equipment and software as part of a project to modernize the oil product quantity and quality measurement system (SIKNP) of the Peter and Paul Oil Depot (Kazakhstan).

The main activity of the Peter and Paul Oil Depot is the storage and delivery of petroleum products/fuel and lubricants in large and small bulk in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

A year earlier, the management of the oil depot decided to replace the oil products consumption calculators that had developed their resource with current ones, which allowed expanding the functionality of the system.

Modernization of a system of accounting of diesel fuel of the Peter and Paul oil depot is carried out with use of the Russian flow computers of oil and oil products TsifrOyl and Russian "SCADA KRUG-2000".

Necessary information on metering station of oil product is displayed on touch screens of calculators TsifrOyl and automated workplaces of the operator working in the mode of 100% "hot" reservation.

TsifrOyl is intended for calculation of quantity and quality characteristics of oil (oil products) at the enterprises of its production, transportation, processing and storage for commercial (SIKN/SIKNP) or technical account. It is a completely domestic development and is not inferior in characteristics to foreign analogues at a significantly lower cost.

Many years of experience in the operation of SIKN/SIKNP implemented by KRUK confirmed the reliability of SCADA KRUG-2000 in the implementation of the most difficult tasks related to the commercial accounting of oil.

Conclusion of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation on the confirmation of production in Russia (PP of the Russian Federation No. 719) Certificates of entry into the registers of measuring instruments of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan EAEU Declaration on Compliance with the Requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union.

SCADA KRUG-2000 system is included in the Register of domestic software of the Ministry of Digital Arts of the Russian Federation.
