HR agency Manpower is transferring employees to mobile document management technology. Nopaper technology allows you to issue a signature and issue documents instantly from anywhere in Russia. Now you have time to arrange a relationship with a new employee and pay for his work in an hour - you don't need to go anywhere and send papers by mail. This was announced by Nopaper on May 25, 2022.

Manpower is a large recruitment and employer brand company. As of May 2022, they have 6,000 people on staff, and in addition they work with self-employed and freelancers from different cities under a civil law contract.

To formalize these relationships with each of the 500 freelance specialists, the company signs up to 4 documents every month, after which it pays for work. Previously, an employee had to sign paper documents and go to the post office or wait for a courier. This slowed down payments and increased the cost of document management.

The company decided to transfer work with documents online. Now the signing of documents goes through the Nopaper service, in which the electronic signature is issued and stored in a smartphone. This is more convenient and faster than classic EDOs, in which you need to go to the Certification Center to obtain a signature.
