In Q-WIN access to statistical information is extremely important. A system fixes all actions of the client time of its arrival, time of his call to a rack and time of completion of transaction. She also collects valuable information and statistical data, allowing administration to determine reasonable waiting time and to plan effective use of personnel and other resources.


The administration has an opportunity to watch in real time a flow of clients to be convinced, whether enough open jobs and whether the necessary service level is supported. Any deviation can be immediately corrected. The administration can use the program of forecasting and optimization of number of open places of service in a certain interval of day.

Principle of system operation

The client selects a type of service, takes the coupon and is located in the waiting room.

The employee on the display of the terminal can see the message about the arrived client and his status.

Clicking of the button on the terminal performs the visitor's call to the released window. The VIP-visitor, the visitor who passed queue, the visitor with certain number, etc. can be called by the corresponding buttons following in turn.

At the time of a call of the next client the sound signal is distributed, and the main board highlights the customer number, number of a free window and an arrow specifying on the direction to a window. The additional board which can be set at each window blinks, drawing attention and helping the client to orient quickly.

The administrator via the interface of the administrator monitors system operation in real time, controls that holding time did not exceed threshold, the number of expecting corresponded set by a system, reacts to disturbing signals from the operator, etc.

Additional systems capabilities

Use of telemonitors and plasma display panels. When installing a system the concept of "queue" is liquidated. The client should not worry any more that he will lose the queue or someone will pass out of turn before him. It is possible to organize demonstration of your advertizing or advertizing of other organizations, the presentation of new products, etc. on plasma display panels or telemonitors.

In order that the client, being distracted by advertizing, did not miss the invitation to service - a system allows to display the monitor information on the movement of queue.

Use of the Touch Screen touchscreen kiosk.

Are issued in three options:

  • without magnetic card reader.

  • magnetic card reader;

Use of the magnetic card reader. When using the card reader the client is registered by means of the magnetic card. At the time of the invitation of the client for service on the computer of the operator the personal file of the client reveals.

Use of the reader the VIP - clients gives the chance to organize service: at registration a System will automatically direct the client to service to a certain operator out of turn.

Possibility of printout on the coupon of a barcode.

This function can be used for the organization of service of separate customer groups out of the operational hall - in the zones of limited access equipped with barcode readers or for the organization of issue of the ready order.

Possibility of use of mobile phones (Q-WAP function).

It is applied for:

  • calls on the Website by the WAP protocol for check of the current waiting time in queue;
  • automatic call to the client on the mobile phone and his invitations to a window of the operator.
