Filters for professions, company industries, work experience, salary, as well as work schedules help applicants to choose the most suitable offers. To find vacancies at a comfortable distance from home, you can also filter them by metro stations or look for offers from companies right on the map of your city.

In addition to finding suitable vacancies, in the application Работа.ру you can find information on the reliability of Russian companies. According to the results of the study, among more than 7,000 respondents from all regions of Russia, the stability of the company became the most important factor for Russians - 59% of respondents noted it. Работа.ру actively develops the "Companies" section and supplements it with new data. It analyzes data from official sources (the date of registration of companies, the number of employees, the status of the organization, inclusion in registries, the amount of revenue, etc.) and notes the risks that applicants may face (court cases, bankruptcy risks, etc.) For the convenience of users, companies tested by the Работа.ру service are marked with a special sign.

Company data is generated based on responses from existing employees of the company. For example, a candidate can find out the real salary in a position of interest directly without even contacting the employer or HR manager. Also, users of the service have the opportunity to read and leave feedback about the company directly in the mobile application.

In 2021, Работа.ру began to actively develop another product that helps applicants plan a career track in promising specialties. According to the study, every third (36%) respondent changed his place of work in 2022, and every eighth (12%) - profession. In the "Professions" section on the site and in the mobile application, Работа.ру applicants can get acquainted not only with general information about various specialties, but also about average salaries in the capital and regions of Russia, necessary skills and duties for professionals of different levels, educational courses for training and advanced training, as well as about related and similar specialties.
