In the Center of quality and standardization of drugs document flow is implemented

In the basis for project implementation for VGNKI Federal State Institution - requirements of the Federal law of 7/21/2005 No. 94-FZ "About placing orders for the supply of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs". The CiG company acted as the contractor, having applied the software of Globus Professional as a basis.

Project and implementation works reach automation of internal document flow of a state institution.

Previously diagnostics of a system of logistics of VGNKI Federal State Institution was carried out. By its results process description of order placement and technical specifications for automation of appropriate section of document flow was prepared. Implementation of the described processes in an information system allowed to create uniform storage of documents, to provide control of completion dates of procedures of the choice of suppliers, to create a single system of the management reporting and also to improve control of performing discipline.

Within the project the following tasks are solved:

• automation of a system of internal document flow for control of placement of state orders;
• workflow automation on preparation for registration of medicines for animals, forages and feed additives.

For implementation of the new principles of work in VGNKI Federal State Institution the special department as which implementation of interaction with applicants enters that allows to raise the customer service quality level at the expense of a single information window is created and to reduce non-productive dead times.
