Remputmash creates structure and a system

The project on formation of a corporate structure and corporate management system for the Remputmash Group entering into JSC "Russian Railways" holding is complete. Consulting works within the project were conducted by CiG company.

Works were performed within development of the strategic concept, a corporate structure and a corporate management system of the Remputmash Group (G). In a work progress specialists of CiG Business Consulting prepared:

• target structure of ownership of the legal entities entering into group;
• model of corporate management;
• standard organization structure of group and the companies in its structure, the description of processes of interaction between them;
• structure of the centers of the financial responsibility of group of companies and schematic circuit of financial flows;
• the enlarged plan of transition to target structure of group of companies.

The transparent and balanced corporate management system capable to provide achievement of strategic objectives became result, to increase attractiveness of group of companies for investors.
