2022: WorkForce platform launch
Incepta Group, the developer of a single construction management platform PragmaCore, has launched an ecoplatform for workers and customers of a large construction business - WorkForce. The company announced this on May 31, 2022. This digital labor exchange allows companies to attract performers to projects, and workers to respond to employers' proposals and improve their qualifications. The platform can dramatically change the employment situation in the industrial construction sector.
The WorkForce platform is an aggregator that connects workers and customers in a single digital space. After registration, companies publish vacancies, and workers track them in their own interface and receive the most targeted offers in accordance with the filled profile.

The company, having registered on the platform, gets the opportunity to connect several of its employees to the process of finding and hiring new personnel, assigning them different roles: administrator, organizer, personnel officer, foreman.
The administrator appears a priori, at the beginning of registration, and can assign other roles. The foreman forms applications on the platform, conducts interviews with candidates, can maintain personnel records in the mobile application, which is also available to specialists responsible for dispatching.
In the area of responsibility of the personnel officer, everything related to the execution of personnel documents and primary admission documents. The organizer leads a new employee, adapts him in the company and is responsible for all mobilization actions: delivering the employee to the place of work, providing accommodation, overalls, and the necessary permits. At the end of the contract, he performs all actions related to the demobilization of the employee.
Platform functionality allows each company to build its own mobilization stages.

The WorkForce configuration focuses on working specialties, in the future the solution is planned to be extended to engineering and technical personnel.
In the next few months, an electronic digital signature will be available on the platform, which will allow you to introduce even more functions and make integration with other services (banks, transport companies, educational institutions, and so on). In early June, the WorkForce platform application will appear in the public domain.
