2022: Implementation of 1C solutions

GANDALF specialists transferred the work of the branches of the Federal Network "Union of Pawnshops" in accordance with industry accounting standards. Gendalf announced this on June 2, 2022.

Over the years, the Lombard network branches have formed a powerful front-office system for a full cycle of work with customers, including a number of functional tools. Accounting of the pawnshop network was carried out in 1C: Accounting using a self-calculated chart of accounts and complied with Russian accounting standards (hereinafter referred to as RAS). As part of the implementation of Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 4966-U of 12.11.2018 "On the Application of Certain Bank of Russia Regulations on Accounting and Accounting (Financial) Reporting," a transition to a single chart of accounts and sectoral accounting standards was planned from 1 January 2022.

To switch to OSBU and implement industry software products, Lombard management turned to GANDALF specialists. In addition to switching to another standard and software accounting products, the task was set to produce integration with a front-office system to optimize transmission. data

Taking into account the nuances of Lombard's business processes, a multi-level technical task was drawn up. The first stage of the work was to compare the balances and turnover of the RAS chart of accounts for further conversion to OSBU. To implement the task of integrating the front office system, it was necessary to develop rules for exchanging and matching data. The second stage of the project was the implementation of updated accounting programs.

The result of the work was an updated information eco-system that meets the requirements of the supervisory authorities and is optimized for the customer's requirements. Introduced software products of the 1C family "": "1C: Microfinance Organization Management credit and the consumer cooperative KORP" and "1C: Lombard PROF." The accounting system has been updated and brought in line with regulations and legal requirements for pawnshops. Data was transferred from RAS to OSU. Lombard's front office system is integrated with the accounting programs implemented.
