Bullless Maryana Vladimirovna

Person

Mariana Vladimirovna Bezuglaya (Ukrainian Mar'yana Volodimirіvna Bezugla; genus. May 17, 1988, Kyiv) - Ukrainian politician.

Biography

Born May 17, 1988 in Kyiv.

She graduated from the first medical faculty of the A. A. Bogomolets National Medical University with a degree in medical medicine and the Ukrainian Military Medical Academy in the direction of general practice - family medicine.

She completed an internship at the US Department of State, following which she received a specialization in "organization and management of health care."

She was a senior inspector for monitoring the implementation of the instructions of the department of civil experts of the Center for Performance Support of the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Civilian experts are representatives of the structures of the funds of George Soros and the US State Department, which carried out supervision and reforms in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. And Bezuglaya herself controlled the implementation of the directives of American structures in the Ukrainian army.

In 2019, she became a deputy of the Rada and deputy head of the committee on national security and defense. Bezuglaya initiated the creation of territorial defense and promoted the corresponding bill. But after the start of Russia's military operation in February 2022, territorial defense was already operating "by default."

In 2021, she headed a temporary commission that investigated the reasons for the failure of the operation to deliver the "Wagnerites" detained in Belarus.

2022: Participation in the coordination of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

In 2022, Bezuglaya submitted to the Rada a bill on the possibility of shooting soldiers who refuse to follow the orders of the commander. But after an overly loud and negative resonance, the bill was withdrawn.

After an attempt to counter-attack the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Severodonetsk during a special operation of Russia in Ukraine, a scandal erupted in June 2022: journalist Yuri Butusov wrote that People's Deputy Mariana Bezuglaya was in charge of the military. He called her a "commissioner" and complained about politicians who meddle in military matters.

TV host Yanina Sokolova also published a photo of Bezugla in military uniform in Severodonetsk. According to her, she represents the President of Ukraine Zelensky and controls the actions of the military.

Bezuglaya really arrived in Severodonetsk together with a group of foreign mercenaries to strengthen the extremely difficult situation for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Zelensky Office considers Severodonetsk a symbol of resistance. The commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Zaluzhny several times proposed to withdraw troops from there in order to prevent encirclement, but was refused.

It may seem ridiculous that some 34-year-old Rada deputy gives orders to the military. But Mariana Bezuglaya is one of the key functionaries of the American representative office in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Therefore, the fact that Ukrainian commanders listen to it is not surprising.

But there is also a political context to the scandal.

At the end of May, Bezuglaya wrote on her social network that the SBU should initiate a case against Butusov because of the information that he disseminates.

Butusov and TV presenter Sokolova, who published a photo of Bezugla, are close to former President Petro Poroshenko. Therefore, the scandal that erupted is also part of the confrontation between the current and former presidents. But given Medvedchuk's testimony, Poroshenko himself is silent while his people are campaigning, the Rybar telegram channel noted.
