As a result of the work of the Development Institute, Rosreestr and banks, it will soon be possible to issue a digital document for new certain types of transactions, the stability of the service and the speed of data transfer will increase. For example, experts are improving work with e-mortgages for individual products for the purchase of an individual house with land and housing, which belongs to several owners at the same time.
Also, together with Rosreestr, within the framework of the Electronic Mortgage in 24 Hours project, measures are being taken to reduce the time for issuing an e-mortgage and the possibility of providing it through the mobile application of banks is being worked out. The plans are to develop a mechanism for signing a digital document by borrowers through remote banking systems. This will simplify the execution of the e-mortgage in the event that the borrower registers a deal with housing not online, but through the MPSC.
