The Elinar plant automates solution management of 1C

JSC Elinar Holding Company performed complex automation of the main production. The standard solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" implemented by forces of IT department of holding with the assistance of specialists of "Institute of Standard Solutions — Production" company (Institute of Model Solutions) was taken as a basis.

The purpose of implementation of the new complete solution - optimization of use of financial, material and labor resources, their release for project implementation on development of holding and direct productive activity.

Before the project on specific sites of the enterprise own program developments were applied, and a number of key tasks was not automated. Tax accounting and the data of the final balance sheet were executed beyond the scope of the working system. Insufficiently qualitatively in terms of tasks of the enterprise accounting processes on production, planning and management accounting were automated.

As key requirements to a program basis of the created solution existence of necessary functionality of the solution of an ERP class for management of manufacturing enterprise - for minimization of duration and volume of possible completions of the solution was defined.

The management of holding selected the standard solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8".

In the project progress experts of Institute of Model Solutions together with collective of IT department of Elinar company conducted comprehensive examination of business processes of Plant of Electric Insulation Materials Elinar Ltd, executed business simulation, development of technical specifications on modification and completion of the standard solution. The decision was made: to bring closer the significant volume of business processes of the enterprise to the standard procedures put in a configuration.

In half a year after the beginning of the project a system was transferred to the mode of trial operation, and a month more later management subsystems by sales, purchases, production, a warehouse, accounting and tax and also personnel records were brought into commercial operation. During the project 80 jobs were automated.

The single system of production management which allows the management of the enterprise to carry out planning and the accounting of productive activity in the general information space became result of implementation.

According to plant's management Elinar, as a result of implementation of an automated system at the enterprise the quality of sales planning, purchases and production due to reduction of time of planning and also convenience and informational content of results considerably improved. The term of implementation of planning and preparation of its results for different transactions was reduced twice.

Improvement of quality of the management reporting in connection with significant expansion of opportunities of users when forming difficult reports is mentioned.
