Within the framework of the project, KRUG has completed:

• modernization in the existing APCS of subsystems of process protections and interlocks (TAiB), remote control (RC), process alarms (TS)
• expansion of information and measuring system (IIS)
• supply of a control cabinet with industrial TREI- 5B- 04 and embedded software controllers (software) - a real-time system (IBC) based on the Linux operating system from the software and hardware (software and hardware) complex (PAK PTK KRUG-2000).

The APCS of the boiler Ye-230-100 developed using standard technical solutions of the NPF KRUG - APCS of the boiler unit, and operates under the control of SCADA KRUG-2000.

2022: Commissioning of the APCS of the asos unit PE-270-150

APCS The PE-270-150 pump unit Ufa TETs-3 at the base was put into operation. software and hardware complex KRUG-2000 The company Circle announced this on June 6, 2022. These pump units are designed to supply water (temperature up to 165 ° С) to turbine units and steam boiler units of thermal power plants. The work was carried out as part of the project on the technical re-equipment of the feed path scheme, which includes the replacement of an outdated pump unit with a new one.

As of June 2022, 6 feed pumps are operated at the Ufa TETs-3. The management of BGK LLC set the task of implementing a program to replace outdated feed pumps to ensure the reliability of the plant and uninterrupted heat supply to production facilities in the capital of Bashkortostan.

KRUG, together with LLC SibGeoProekt"" (d.) Omsk , carried out work on the design, supply of equipment, engineering, installation and commissioning.

In the Republic of Bashkortostan, more than 150 APCS boilers, turbine units, boiler units, telemechanics systems, computer simulators for CHP personnel, as well as automated dispatch control systems (ASDC) KRUG-2000 introduced on the basis of the Russian CAS.
