The project of MORENA Group of three years

MORENA Group starts the three-year project of complex automation of own enterprise. In a basis of the project it is put InformSystem on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. The contractor of the order - Homnet Consulting company – the partner of 1C, on automation of the companies of holding type.

At present the staff of MORENA Group works in the ERP system of "Morena" covering all business processes, primary documents of trade and production. Accounting is kept in the 1C: Accounting 7.7 program.

Old ERP system does not satisfy to requirements of growth of the enterprise in this connection the company management made the decision on transition to an information system on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. At the same time, process of commissioning of a system is decided to be separated into three stages and within several years to implement a number of programs: in 2010 – "1C: Trade Management 8", in 2011 – "1C: Accounting 8", in 2012 – "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8".

At the first stage of the project connected with implementation "1C: Trade Management 8", specialists Homnet Consulting:

• will implement "1C: Trade Management 8".
• will carry out administration of user rights.
• will develop additional formats of unloading of data and loading of opening balances, will carry out the analysis of the available templates of unloading of data to the 1C: Accounting 7.7 system.
• will build the main business processes connected with specifics of activity of the company (purchase, sale, warehouse logistics; settlement, pricing, claims, accounting by turns, operational accounting of money according to dresses, contractual relations, vising of documents).

Works on engineering design, development, external testing will be performed:

• data transfer from the historical Morena system;
• completion of a new system according to technical specifications;
• setup of a distributed database for data exchange between the shops of MORENA Group (more than 40) which are in the different cities of the country and head representative office in Moscow;
• preparation of instructions of users;
• external testing then a system will be put into trial operation.

Now specialists Homnet Consulting complete express inspection of MORENA Group, is set "1C: Trade Management 8" and is begun works on data exchange between the Morena and 1C: Trade Management 8 system.

The works on implementation "1C: Trade Management 8" are going to be completed by October of the current year. Also user training to work with a system will be provided. In the plan - automation of 130 jobs.
