The Department of Rospotrebnadzor for Krasnoyarsk Krai increases EDMS

The Department of Rospotrebnadzor for Krasnoyarsk Krai and the subordinated organization Centre gigiyeny i epidemiologii po Krasnoyarskomu krayu Federal State Healthcare Institution increased the workflow system based on the solution "CASE" by 55 jobs.

Previously

The EDMS implementation project in Department of Rospotrebnadzor for Krasnoyarsk Krai began in 2005. Then 9 jobs of the CASE system and an option were purchased: "DELO-Web", Personnel, Line Scanning.

At the beginning of 2006 a system "CASE" was implemented also in the subordinated organization of Rospotrebnadzor, the Center of hygiene and epidemiology (TsGiE) across Krasnoyarsk Krai. 7 jobs EDMS "CASE" and 32 jobs of an option "DELO-Web" were set.

Growth

In the middle of 2010 in Department of Rospotrebnadzor the decision on expansion of functionality of the used CASE system for the purpose of transfer of many paper processes to an electronic form and also implementations of interdepartmental document flow between Rospotrebnadzor and TsGiE was made. The task of consolidation of workflow systems of two organizations in the single database was set. With the purpose to provide a possibility of approval and assurance of documents in electronic form, the option "EDS and Enciphering" was attached to the system of both organizations and also the subsystem "The check server" is added.

Today

For July 6, 2011 in both organizations are operated: the CASE system in number of 33 jobs; subsystems: "DELO-Web" - 223 jobs, "Line scanning" – 10 jobs, "the EDS and enciphering" – 135 jobs, "The check server" and "Monitoring of documents" – 10 jobs, Personnel – 7 jobs.

In plans of the customer implementation of jobs of EDMS "DELO" and subsystem "the EDS and enciphering" in Territorial Offices.
