Management of highways across Krasnoyarsk Krai (Put) KGBU

In December, 2008 this customer purchased 38 jobs of an electronic document management system "CASE" and a workplace of the option "Scanning". Need of transition to more modern and meeting all regulatory requirements system was the main criterion at making decision on implementation of EDMS. The choice for benefit of EDMS "DELO" was also connected with the fact that a system is used in considerable number of public institutions of Krasnoyarsk. Further additional jobs of EDMS "DELO" for automation of interregional departments of management were purchased, training of staff of interregional departments is provided. Now in "Management of highways across Krasnoyarsk Krai" 50 jobs of EDMS "DELO" and the option "Scanning" are used. Thanks to system implementation "MATTER" in management was succeeded to organize online access to documents of all participants of document flow, paperless transfer of internal documents, accurate and transparent control of execution of documents. The project on implementation proceeds. Further expansion of the used jobs and also start of function of approval of draft documents in electronic form is planned.
