Implementation of an information system in TUI Hotel Kaluga hotel (the international network TUI Hotels & Resorts) in Kaluga was started by The Concept Grew company. A basic product it is chosen "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.1".

Main goal of the project - creation of the corporate information system allowing to keep account of auxiliary tasks of hotel (back-office) in uniform information base:

  • obtaining accounting and tax statements;
  • detailed payroll;
  • accounting and control of vendor relations and clients according to requirements of the Russian legislation;
  • management accounting and obtaining the reporting under the international standard of management company (the IFRS are the International Financial Reporting Standard);
  • budget management, analytics plan fact.

As the platform of program implementation specialists "The concept grew" proposed industry solution for hotel complexes based on "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.1". The 1C:Enterprise 8 platform will allow to solve a broad spectrum of problems of accounting and management and also minimizes personnel recruitment of necessary qualification and training of the existing employees for work with the system of family 1C.

The project consists of two stages:

  1. "The concept grew" will carry out automation of the priorities necessary for start of hotel complex;
  2. setup of a system, interfaces, integration with Opera Enterprise Solution and Materials Control.

The planned project duration - 2 months. At the first stages of work of hotel a total quantity of users of a system within ten people.
