2022: Move to "Bitrix24"
On June 9, 2022, Yolva announced the transition to Bitrix24 from Dynamics CRM Marketing of the World Alumni Association.
According to the company, in order to achieve its goals and objectives, the Association interacted with graduates personally in various communication channels, including email, SMM, event and others, in order to maintain meaningful relationships and develop all areas of its activities. To do this, the Association actively used the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Marketing block.
In March 2022, many Western vendors, including Microsoft, announced the suspension of sales in Russia, and some services became completely unavailable. Since these changes could lead to risks for normal interaction with graduates, the Association decided to switch to an alternative solution of Russian production. And as such a solution, the Bitrix 24 platform was chosen as the most satisfying for the needs of the Association.
The main objectives of the project are:
- Preparation for the transfer of the base of graduates and universities to Bitriks24
- Migrate data from Microsoft Dynamics CRM Marketing to Bitrix 24
- Integration of Bitrix 24 and external systems: VKontakte and the Association's website for processing completed forms and appeals of graduates in CRM
Cooperation between the Association and Yolva on this project began in March 2022, when the customer had the need to transfer the graduate base from Microsoft Dynamics CRM Marketing to Bitrix24. At the first stage, the functional design of the project was prepared, which included the full requirements of the customer for this system. In preparation for the data migration, Bitrix customization and customization of the 24 main used entities (objects) from Microsoft Dynamics CRM Marketing - Contacts and Companies - were implemented.
In May 2022, the first stage of the project was completed, and Yolva specialists began the second stage - data migration using Bitrix import tools24. The final phase of the project includes Bitrix 24 integration with external systems:
- integration with VKontakte to display in CRM cases that are received by the Association group in VK;
- integration with the Association's website for storing and processing in CRM requests from university graduates who register on the website.
Project results:
- Migration from Microsoft Dynamics CRM Marketing to Bitrix24 allowed the customer to keep working safely in a short time.
- The capabilities of the developed system cover the customer's marketing requirements. The use of the Bitrix 24 platform made it possible to flexibly configure processes with a minimum amount of refinement. The module of mailings, messages in social networks, processing applications from graduates are already included in the standard functionality of Bitrix 24, and the possibilities for customization allow you to configure and use marketing tools.
To comply with all the work processes of the Alumni Association, we have reconfigured the system so that it is suitable for working with graduates and universities.
