Refrigerators worth $1.5 thousand had a model number: HRF266N6CSE and sold exclusively by the American retail company Lowe's from August 2020 to February 2022 and have serial numbers from C2020050100001 to C2020123109000. The model and serial number can be found inside the refrigerator above the water dispenser. The company said in a statement that if the doors work normally and do not sag, the user can continue to use the refrigerator carefully, carefully opening and closing the doors.

If the user noticed that his device is included in the recall, then he can request service through the manufacturer's recall portal or call the Hisense Recall Hotline by calling 1-888-497-1189. The licensed service technician will be able to fix the problem in about 45 minutes, but the company warns that the appointment can take four to six weeks, depending on the number of service requests received and the availability of technicians in the region where the user lives.
