Task
Rosreestr has the need to redesign the corporate site to make it more modern and accessible to users. A separate important task was to develop and implement an internal portal based on Bitrix24 for employees to work together.
Execution
To make the new page structure understandable even to inexperienced visitors to the site, new user scripts were made. The most important sections of the site are placed in the header and banners and local company news that created visual noise are removed from the main page. Additional sections of the site are made a convenient router between customer services.
All functionality and content was transferred from the old site. Instead of massive text, they presented services in the form of cards so that users could easily navigate them. For each region, they made their own content, a version for the visually impaired, a convenient search and an archive of documents.
During six months of work on the project, the contractor's team also managed to deploy an internal corporate portal. The new intranet system accelerated communication and task management and helped all Rosreestr employees work more effectively together.
Decision
- Improved usability and visual part of the site interface.
- Increased reliability and fault tolerance of the official website services.
- The functionality of sites in a new technological environment is provided.
- Rosreestr employees have created a single workspace within the corporate portal.
The site withstands the load of 1,500 simultaneous users, which is important for a state organization with large daily traffic.
