2022: Implementation of an automated dispatch control system
On June 10, 2022, RTSoft announced that it had developed and implemented FOODCODE ASDU at production using the domestic software product of Atomik Soft - Alpha.SCADA. The system made it possible to organize and ensure operational control over technological processes and engineering systems in real time.
During the project, an automated dispatch control system (ASDU) was developed and implemented for engineering systems and technological processes for the production of gluten-free bakery and confectionery products FOODCODE.
The commissioned ADMS provided real-time operational control over the technological processes and engineering systems of the FOODCODE enterprise. The system collects, processes, stores and visualizes information in two directions:
- engineering systems: automatic fire alarm, video surveillance, air quality control, ventilation systems, water supply and drainage systems, heating systems, cold supply systems, electricity and water consumption meters;
- production equipment: weighing equipment, compressed air compressors, packaging lines, furnaces, proofing, X-ray scanner, positioning system, molding.
As a result of the project, a single source of archival (historical) data was also formed, which can be analyzed over time. This makes it possible to create information and analytical systems in the future. Since the ASDU has an open architecture, it is available both for subsequent development and for information exchange with adjacent ICs.
