CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) is computer and telephone integration

In the general context, CTI is the technology which is on a joint of computer technologies and technologies of means of communication, allowing to integrate telephone systems with hardware-software providing computers. By information technologies, the CTI system represent the set of applications, combining flexibility, compatibility, rich tools in the field of data processing, open standards, a user-friendly computer interface for the operator on the one hand and an opportunity to provide to the user the usual and simple voice interface for access to a computer system with another.
