Multiservice network

In the context of information technologies the multiservice network is the network infrastructure allowing to transfer all types of information on a uniform communication channel due to creation of the centralized control system of network and also standardization of standards of corporate network and different types of the equipment.

Main objectives of creation of multiservice network are:

• Integration of services and company services. Allows to increase competitiveness of the organization and employee performance at the expense of an obedineniye of telecommunication technologies: IP telephony, wireless networks, Call Center/Contact Center, etc.
• Decrease in total cost of ownership by network and unification of network infrastructure. Allows to reduce costs for communication channels, their support and administration by means of the centralized control system of network, uniform standards of a corporate communication network and also unification of telecommunication equipment.
