Clever bros Group of Companies won the competition for "Maintenance of IT Infrastructure" and "Verification of Scales" for stores of TK Leto LLC. As a result of the competition, the Customer was supposed to transfer stores in Central Russia (Yaroslavl, Samara, Mari El) for maintenance, but a meeting was held with representatives of the company, during which it was possible to agree on the systematic transfer of all stores of the Network.

The fact is that TK Leto LLC has more than 300 stores throughout the territory, and RUSSIAN FEDERATION many of them are located in remote settlements where infrastructure is not developed. The former contractor LLC "TK Leto" did not comply, SLA when solving some critical incidents, specialists lacked competencies. During the negotiations, the Customer verified the competencies of Clever bros Group specialists. on the example of implemented projects with the largest companies, such as X5 Group PJSC, Transneft PJSC, etc Gazprom. The decisive argument for concluding a contract and transferring all stores of TK Leto LLC was the wide Partner Network of Clever Bros. Group of Companies, which has more than 800 partners in all regions of Russia.

At the moment, Clever bros. performs a full cycle of maintenance of the Customer's IT infrastructure, including installation of structured cable systems (SCS) of new stores and equipment transfer according to the new requirements; setting, connection and maintenance of computer, weighing and cash register equipment, AWS; digging service.

Results:

• For 7 months of operation, 41 stores of the chain were transferred for service. The transfer of stores continues and is carried out according to the developed schedule.
• Currently, all IT outsourcing work is carried out as planned, 30 partners are connected to the project, 17 of them serve stores, the rest are in reserve.
• LLC "TK Leto" quality of service GC Clever bros. evaluates as meeting the terms of the contract and SLA.
