Kaspersky Lab and 1C on June 15, 2022 announced the creation of joint cyber immune solutions for Lenpoligrafmash with the participation of Cinimex (an official partner of 1C) and Kaspersky Lab's subsidiary, NPO APROTECH.

In the collecting step data industrial , the plant equipment transmits information its operation over a trusted channel through the gateway Kaspersky IoT Secure Gateway 100. NC machines report the command being executed, the execution status of the program, and notify of errors. Using integration adapters, data is converted into events for and - ERP MES systems on the "" platform. 1C: Enterprise Solutions "1C: Enterprises" almost in real time provide users visualized data with an estimate of the cost of work and downtime of equipment, time and quantity parameters of production.

Such a combination of technologies helps to maximize the capabilities of the equipment, organize flexible resource management when planning orders, for example, promptly monitor the fulfillment of orders with an online estimate of the cost of spent resources, predict and prevent downtime and emergency situations, while reducing the cyber risks of connected equipment in terms of data compromise and illegitimate access to equipment.

According to the results of the project, representatives of Lenpoligrafmash noted the following advantages:

• The management of the enterprise receives reliable data on the work of production, which can help to make effective organizational decisions;
• The equipment utilization factor is increased by at least 5% due to the identification of a reserve of machine time and, accordingly, the downtime is reduced;
• the rate of response of services to emergency situations increases by about 20%.

According to the preliminary estimate of Lenpoligrafmash, in the future the use of such a solution will help reduce the operating costs of the enterprise by at least 10%. This approach allows you to expand the number of end-to-end digital services on a single unified architecture, since various data streams (multiplication) can be transmitted through the cyber immune gateway.
