2022: Raising $51.5 million in investments and an estimate of $1 billion

On June 16, 2022, workflow automation platform company airSlate announced it was raising $51.5 million in funding under G Squared, bringing its valuation to more than $1 billion.

The funding round, which valued airSlate at $1.25 billion, was led by G Squared. This round also calls for a new strategic partnership with UiPath Ventures. UiPath, which created its venture capital arm in early 2022, decided to invest in airSlate after partnering with the company to help customers automate more of its business operations.

According to airSlate, with the help of the capital received, the company will seek to expand its customer base in the middle market and attract new technical specialists to its teams.
