2022: Workflow Automation

The company CorpSoft24 June 20, 2022 announced the automation of the document flow of the distributor of medicines JSC "Lancet" on the basis of "1C." As a result of the project, the customer managed to partially abandon paper document management, reduce costs and increase the speed of business processes.

The company's activities are related to interaction with a large number of international suppliers, and are also regulated by the requirements of Russian legislation. In this regard, the Lancet has a rather complex document flow, which needed to be automated using modern technologies.

The old electronic document management system (EDMS) eventually ceased to meet the requirements of the company. A transition to a more functional EDMS was required - "1C : KORP Document Flow" was selected, version 2.1.

Key needs were related to the processes of coordination and processing of accounting and contractual documentation, the issue of checking the reliability of counterparties was separately. In addition, all this was supposed to work on a single core, and the electronic archive was supposed to solve the issues of centralized storage of documentation and quick search for the necessary documents in the archive, - said Sergei Bykov, Chief information officer of Lancet JSC.

The CorpSoft24 specialists designed, developed, implemented EDMS, and also supported the solution at the pilot operation stage for more than 50 days. In addition, seamless integration with the 1C: Holding Management 8 accounting system and the exchange of directories and documents with 1C: Trade and Warehouse was provided.

During the project, you have set up processing routes for 50 types of contract documents. About 30 directories and registers are involved to ensure the functions of the subsystems. The established EDMS employs more than 500 Lancet employees.

Migration to another document management platform in the first weeks provided a significant effect for the customer's business: the cost of coordinating documents decreased, documents became easier to find, and the discipline of employees increased. In addition, Lancet managed to partially abandon paper document management, - said Dmitry Puchkov, Deputy General Director of the CorpSoft24.
