2021: Automation of management accounting under IFRS

Works performed:

• Survey, writing of technical proposals (TP) for management accounting
• Set up the link between BU and CC accounts (mapping)
• Set up accounting orders for entering additional manual information into management accounting (no more than 13 types)
• Distribution of costs (exchange rate differences, Provision for DZ, indirect expenses in proportion to revenue by item group)
• Adjust the closing order of the month
• Set up management report templates: BS, PL, PL with advanced analytics, IT Report, Permanent Expense Report by Divisions
• End-to-end testing of settings on a copy of the work base and preparation of a test report
• Transfer the configuration and settings to the work base, write the migration protocol, fill out the correspondence of the directories
• User Group Training + Administrator Training

Results obtained:

• The report provides a comparison of the plan (3 versions) and the fact according to IFRS in the context of IFRS items and projects.;
• Generation of a report both upper-level (collapsed) and disclosed by elements (revenue, cost, other income, other expenses), the report can be generated for a given period in total, and it is also necessary to expand the data monthly;
• The ability to generate information about the financial performance of the company and its ability to generate cash flows;
