The Medical Center for Monitoring and Diagnostics (ICMD) took on the role of a system integrator and operator of information support for doctors and patients, building a multi-level communication and monitoring control service. The technical accessibility of the EISAD platform at the workplaces of doctors has been organized, measurement protocols are built into the regulations for the work of women's consultations.

Based on the results of pilot operation, it is planned to integrate with the city medical information system and the technological availability of the solution for all healthcare institutions in Moscow.

It is noted that, according to statistics, at least 6-17% of healthy unborn women and 2-4% of women with multiple pregnancies face an increase in blood pressure during pregnancy, not excluding patients with an established diagnosis of hypertension or suspicion of it.
