2022: Service Launch

On June 24, 2022, Aiby announced the launch of a new telemedicine service in Russia, within which more than 800 doctors in 30 specialties will be available to users.

Comprehensive medical programs are available to patients, including online consultations, tests and checkups (comprehensive health checks), genetic tests, personalized rehabilitation programs, and the assistance of qualified mental health professionals. 85% of Aiby users come to repeated consultations and checkups, and 42% noted faster rehabilitation after the COVID-19 coronavirus, the company said.

A new telemedicine service has been launched in Russia, in which $1.6 million has been invested

Checkup at home is provided in partnership with the laboratories of Russian Railways-Medicine named after N.A. Semashko, ANO "Center for Biotic Medicine" Dr. Anatoly Viktorovich Skalny and "RuzMed." After paying for the checkup, the nurse will take home tests at the agreed time interval, and AIBY doctors will provide a transcript and recommendations for further examinations.

Aiby also offered the Health Coach service - a service of consultants in the field of preventive medicine, forming a personal health card in accordance with the request of the patient and accompanying him at all stages on the way to achieve the goal. In the role of Health Coach are qualified doctors with more than 10 years of experience. Communication with specialists takes place on Aiby's own technology platform without switching to instant messengers and third-party applications, which reduces the risk of personal data leakage and provides a seamless path for the patient.

The company sent about $1.6 million of the $2.4 million raised earlier from business angels to the development of products, where the new telemedicine service refers. The company predicts that 65% of revenue in the telemedicine product will bring B2C-direction, 35% - B2B.
