Vnesheconombank (SCADA)

The implementation project of a supervisory control system and data collection (SCADA) was implemented by JUMO company for Vnesheconombank. As a basis for the solution of program problems of automation and scheduling SVS-3000 was used.

Control and management of a system it was necessary to cover a part of engineering infrastructure of the building of Vnesheconombank. Entered it:

• distributed system from 8 computers which are in different premises of 15 central conditioners;
• central refrigeration station of the building;
• central heat distribution station of the building;
• more than 30 incoming and forced-air and exhaust systems.

In addition, automation of system operation according to the schedule, control of protection of the building against freezing, monitoring of flooding of ventilation chambers, climate in especially responsible premises, to monitoring more than 15 powerful uninterruptible power supply units (from 15 to 30 KVA), statuses of automatic machines in floor electropanel board the 14-storey building, pressure in the KSK system, to monitoring of two KTP – tension, current, frequency, etc. was carried out.

At the same time, the project assumed archiving of all data within several months, monitoring of remote office on a dedicated line and management of lighting of the building - a total quantity of variables about 25 thousand.

Framework of the project included similar tasks of additional office of Vnesheconombank. In this building two central conditioners were taken under control. Work on the schedule, protection against freezing, monitoring of flooding of ventilation chambers, monitoring of two uninterruptible power supply units (30 KVA) and archiving of all data within several months is organized.
