2021

In February 2021, it became known that the second department for the investigation of especially important cases of the regional department of the TFR revealed new episodes of criminal activity in the criminal case of the general director of Priazovsky Vinny Dom LLC, a representative of the founders of the enterprise and other persons. This was reported by the press service of the regional investigative committee. According to investigators, the company received subsidies as part of the program for the development of agriculture in the Krasnodar Territory. In 2017, the management of the enterprise and other persons entered into a criminal conspiracy to receive budget money. The head of the enterprise concluded contracts for the supply of seedlings, trellis, plantation plowing and other works. The total amount of these works, allegedly produced in 2017-2019, amounted to over 90 million rubles. At the same time, in fact, these works were not carried out on land plots. The director sent the necessary documents to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Krasnodar Territory to receive subsidies. As a result, in the period from December 2017 to November 2019, the defendants were provided with subsidies in the amount of more than 100 million rubles, which they disposed of at their discretion. The investigation opened two more criminal cases under Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud on an especially large scale committed by a group of persons). The property of the defendants and the property complex of the enterprise were seized. As RBC Krasnodar reported, the first criminal case of fraud against the management of the winery was opened in September 2020. The general director of Priazovsky Wine House LLC, one of the founders and a number of other persons are suspected of stealing subsidies worth almost 50 million rubles.
