Family winery of Alexei Serdyuk and Sergey Serdyuk. The first licensed farm on the Don, run by one family. At the winery, completely manual work is practiced, grapes are not pressed much so as not to touch the bones. Fermentation is carried out in steel with manual pyjamas, after which the drink does not undergo filtration or clarification. Some varieties are additionally aged in Caucasian oak. Bottles are produced at the Novocherkassk Glass Factory, rare animals of the Don are placed on the labels, deductions from the sale of bottles are sent to save them

Novocherkassk (Rostov region). As of 2022, the farm has about 1 hectare of fruiting vines. Own vineyards are located in a risky winemaking area, so they are sheltering. The winery is located in the urban area, but at the same time has a full cycle of grape processing
Terroir
Terroirs are located in the area of the Kanygin farm, not far from the station. Zolotovskaya. The area is characterized by sandy-clay soils and low temperatures in the cold season, so vines have to be buried in winter.
