IBR: Management of Technology Accessions

Accounting of Requests for technology accession:

• registration of the Request;
• routing of passing of the Request;
• printing of the Notice of registration of the Request;
• printing of the Failure notice in registration of the Request;
• printing of the Notification on the direction on accessory;
• accession to the Request of separate files (documents);
• reflection of changes of the status of request;
• tracking of communications of the Request with the documents prepared in the course of accomplishment of the Request;
• accounting of Non-availability notices of technical capability of accession;
• reporting according to Requests and Non-availability notices of technical capability;

Accounting of TU/TZ/TR, List of actions:

• accounting of the prepared specifications, Lists of actions and Permissions;
• accession to the specification, Lists of actions and Permissions of separate files (documents);
• accounting of the feeding centers which upgrade is planned according to the issued specifications/lists of actions;
• search of the specification and Lists of the actions assuming upgrade of the same feeding centers which are going to be upgraded according to the developed specifications/lists of actions;
• reflection of changes of the status specification, Lists of actions and Permissions;
• maintaining in properties of the specification/list of actions of lists of specifications/actions;
• tracking of communications of the specification, Lists of actions and Permissions with documents on the basis of which specifications, Lists of actions and permission and with the documents prepared on the basis of the specification, Lists of actions and Permissions were prepared;
• reporting according to the specification, Lists of actions and Permissions;
• accounting of accomplishment of the specification and Lists of actions;
• reminder on terms of accomplishment of the specification and Lists of actions.

Contractual accounting:

• accounting of the issued, signed and executed Agreements of technical accession;
• calculation of a payment for joining of the consumer to the electric networks on the basis of the approved rates;
• accession to Agreements of separate files (documents);
• routing of Agreements in the course of approval;
• reminder on terms under the Agreement in general and on separate stages;
• reflection of payment under Agreements;
• reflection of changes of the status of Agreements;
• maintaining the payment schedule under the Agreement;
• maintaining in a card of the Agreement of the list of stages under the Agreement with indication of planned and actual dates on each stage;
• tracking of communications of the Agreement with documents on the basis of which the Agreement and with the documents prepared on the basis of the Agreement was prepared;
• reporting under Agreements.

Certification, accounting of power facilities and cartography:

• accounting of loading of the feeding centers for results of measurement;
• accounting of requests for technology accession by the feeding centers (reservation accounting);
• accounting of forecasts for loading of the feeding centers;
• accounting of plans for increase in capacities on the feeding centers (capital construction);
• the centralized control of the planned loading of the feeding centers at making decision on preparation of specifications or the non-availability notice of technical capability;
• the block of graphic display of subjects to technology accession and power (power grid) objects on the map.

Maintenance and repairs:

• control circuit actions of TORO;
• maintaining process charts, control actions, transactions;
• corrected planning of TORO;
• maintaining TORO magazine;
• implementation of scheduling of TORO, actual execution and control.

Data exchange - integration about 1C: Enterprise 7.7 and 8.1

Service functions:

• setup of scenarios (routes) of approval, installation of completion dates of tasks, acceptances in work, determination of contractors, a substitution order;
• roles, rights and perimeter of their action;
• setup of models of reports;
• built-in e-mail;
• remote work via the Internet;
• the built-in mechanism of sending the internal messages connected with tasks of business process, instructions.
