TrueConf technologies have been integrated into hardware VKS kiosks for remote service of Israeli citizens, developed by the manufacturer of innovative solutions Balamuth. TrueConf announced this on June 24, 2022. The partnership of companies made it possible to create conditions for remote interaction between employees and customers of enterprises, to organize remote video consultations with operators of retail chains, as well as specialists of medical, financial and government institutions.

The partnership between TrueConf and Balamuth made it possible to introduce the advanced technologies and capabilities of the Russian TrueConf Aerospace Forces into hardware self-service kiosks. For integration, the TrueConf SDK developer tools were used, with the help of which an intuitive interface was created for kiosk users, as well as the necessary interactive functions were introduced: visual identification of customers, exchange of documents and content, recording video calls and many other features. Users can start a video chat with a company representative in one touch, and the smart queue mechanism automatically distributes outgoing calls to free operators or managers of companies and service providers.

The joint development of TrueConf and Balamuth is already used in the branches of the Israel Electric Company (IEC) for communication between customers and operators. Video kiosks allow you to pay bills, receive information about the services provided, learn about debts or contact a company representative in real time. With the help of a screen demonstration, operators can show all the information necessary to provide the service, and the virtual printer function is available to customers with which you can print documents. These tools reduce queues and maintenance time, which leads to higher levels of virtual service delivery.
