Biography
2013
In December 2013, Ildar Mingazov was found guilty of accepting a bribe on a large scale and sentenced to a fine of 15 million rubles. As the head of the Rosselkhoznadzor in 2011, he received bribes from employees of the Ufa city veterinary station for general patronage, connivance in the service and non-disciplinary responsibility for certain violations - only about 200 thousand rubles.
2022: Receiving a deadline for purchasing sick mice
In June 2022, the Chishminsky District Court (Republic of Bashkortostan) sentenced the former director of the Laboratory Animal Nursery (a branch of the Russian drug manufacturer NPO Microgen JSC), 62-year-old Ildar Mingazov, to a suspended sentence for abuse of office with serious consequences (clause "c" part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The court found that the acting executive in 2018 was bought from various companies, including individuals, by white laboratory mice that did not have veterinary certificates. Without ordering their veterinary examination or following quarantine procedures, he placed mice with other rodents. In the future, "mouse pox" was identified in the entire livestock, because of which subsequently 29 thousand animals had to be euthanized. All this turned into losses for the company in the amount of more than 4.7 million rubles.
Now Mingazov will have to reimburse them. The court sentenced him to 5 years in prison conditionally with a probationary period for the same period and satisfied the claim of the prosecutor's office to recover the damage caused. The defendant pleaded not guilty to the crime.[1]
