2022: Transition to Russian system for automation of business planning and budgeting

Admitad is an IT company that develops and invests in advertising and monetization technologies, partner services, earned money management solutions, media banking services and SmartShopping. To control and monitor changes in global business, assess the effectiveness of processes and promptly make decisions, management needed a unified system of planning and analysis of financial indicators. It was important to automate the centralized budgeting process taking into account the author's models of financial planning adopted in the company (methodology of the Institute of I. Adzes). To solve these problems, Admitad has chosen a partner of KORUS Consulting.
After analyzing the company's models, KORUS Consulting experts chose the Optimacros software platform as a tool, which met the requirements of flexibility, speed of automation and model development. The platform is a constructor that allows you to build planning models of various levels of detail with the ability to deeply analyze data. In addition, this is a Russian development that can be installed on the customer's servers and, therefore, does not depend on changes in the external environment.
As part of the first stage of the project, KORUS Consulting specialists created MVP in 2 months - they set up an industrial model that allows users to generate a monthly forecast of financial results for the Central Federal District and the company's business areas based on real planned and actual data.
At the next stages of the project, the target budget model was automated with all the required details: organizational and financial structures, countries, offices, businesses, segments, employees. Thus, the system automatically collects and processes information from HR systems ("1C," Bitrix), including all conditions of employment contracts and accruals for employees, plans personnel costs in the context of each employee or vacancy, and simulates bonus schemes. And thanks to integration with ClickHouse, the system allows you to build analytical reports on actual revenue, including ranking and highlighting the top most significant results from a large data set and "failing" from aggregated data to specific operations.
The budget campaign of the fiscal year has already been carried out in the updated system. For the purpose of plan-actual analysis and forecast generation, the system consolidates actual data on a monthly basis, updates information on employees and financial structure. Users of the solution are budget holders of the Central Federal District, HR partners and top management (more than 120 users in total).
