The project of introducing the ADVANTA project management information system in AST has started. Advanta announced this on June 27, 2022.

Previously, the company already had a current Western project management system, which over time ceased to meet the needs of users. The company did not have the necessary functionality for administering the system and depended on the owner of the program. Problems with the system, loss and errors when downloading files, lack of operational technical support. All this led to an increase in labor costs and dissatisfaction of users when working with the project management system.

It was obvious that the company needed to improve the efficiency of project management processes and a reliable tool to support them. Top managers of the company made their choice in favor of the domestic ADVANTA system, based on a number of factors:

• Russian vendor with many years of expertise in project management
• Large platform functionality
• Flexible system settings that do not require programming

To solve these problems, AST introduces project management start-up elements - project register, content and time management, status reports and escalation of problems, control of orders and meetings. Users were trained on the principles of working in the system, visual dashboards (control panels) for management were set up, visualizing the upper-level state of the project portfolio.
