RAMEK-VS Ltd is included into RAMEK group and specializes in design and production of industrial computing systems and office computers. "RAMEK-VS" makes special equipment and the computing equipment under own trademark, conducts research work in the field of design of the computing equipment and executes service maintenance of ADP equipment in all territory of Russia.

The management of "RAMEK-VS" set the task to transfer conducting personnel records and payroll from the 1C: Payroll and Personnel 7.7 configuration on more functional and modern software product "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8".

Project Effect

The project started in November, 2008, and in January of the next year the information system on 4 jobs was brought into commercial operation. In only one and a half months specialists of Dialog IT executed implementation of "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", data transfer of the previous system, trained personnel and made completion of additional functionality. As a result the salary since the beginning of 2009 is calculated in a new information system.

After a short break in the spring of 2009 cooperation of the companies continued: within personnel management process automation specialists of Dialog IT executed requirements gathering to a subsystem and a modeling stage then project participants from "RAMEK-VS" started setup of a configuration by own efforts. Upon completion of a stage of accomplishment of completions the management subsystem was implemented by personnel which provides following features:

• human resources planning
• personnel recruitment
• management accounting of the personnel
• personel assessment on competences

As a result the main requirements of the management of RAMEK-VS Ltd are fulfilled: calculation and salary accrual is made in the modern software product that considerably reduces time expenditure of specialists, and personnel management of the enterprise is conducted at the new level.
