Project objectives

• Information resource on the formation of fishery passports of the regions of the Russian Federation (IR FRP).
• Information base for accounting for federal property of territorial bodies and subordinate organizations of the Federal Agency for Fishery and the formation of a base for accounting for subsidizing interest rates on loans (IS UFI).
• Automation of the formation of fishery passports for the constituent entities of the Russian Federation by territorial departments of the Federal Agency for Fishery.
• Accounting of federal property by territorial departments of the Federal Agency for Fishery.
• Visualization of information in a geoanalytic system.

Project prerequisites

Manual formation of fishery passports in MS Word. Keeping records regarding information on property and subsidizing loan agreements in MS Excel.

Project progress

In terms of the formation of fishery passports, the following modules are implemented:

• Module for loading data from MS Excel files
• Integration module for loading data from the information base of FSBI TsSMS in terms of FBS catch
• Help Entry Module
• Data Reconciliation Module
• Reporting module
• Analysis module
• Mapping module for data visualization

In terms of property accounting, the following modules are implemented:

• Module for initial loading of data from Excel files
• Asset Movement Data Entry Module
• Data Reconciliation Module
• Reporting module

In terms of accounting for information on subsidizing loan agreements, the following modules are implemented:

• Module for initial loading of data from Excel files
• Data entry module for subsidizing loan agreements
• Data Reconciliation Module
• Reporting module

Project results

• Simplified input of primary information by using reference information
• The formation of fishery passports, as well as their approval in a single system, is automated. The agreed data is published in the mapping module
• Automated property reporting, on the basis of primary information, in terms of the condition of property objects and information on its movement
• Automated reporting of loan agreement subsidies based on primary information
