Moscow Region MPSCS are switching to paperless document management with Rosreestr. This was announced on June 29, 2022 by the Ministry of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Moscow Region.

Documents submitted to the MPSC to receive cadastral registration services and register real estate rights are now sent to Rosreestr in electronic form.

The transition to paperless document management between the centers of public services and Rosreestr will help reduce the timing of cadastral registration and registration of real estate rights, optimize the work of the courier service of the MPSC, expand the list of offices providing services regardless of the location of the property, - said the Minister of State Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Moscow Region Nadezhda Kurtyanik.

The changed procedure for receiving and issuing Rosreestr documentsthrough the My Documents centers has been introduced since June 29. On the originals of the documents submitted by the applicant, when accepted by the MPSC employee, the stamp "The electronic image of the document has been created" will be stamped. Now, after registration, Rosreestr specialists do not mark the contracts of sale, donation and others. The result of all transactions is an extract from the USRN.
