2012: Creation of AIS for monitoring and control of construction and repair subsidiaries
Prerequisites for the creation of AIS MIK
- Increase in repair and construction work
- Need for detailed detail for management

Project Objectives and Objectives
Purpose:
Typification and streamlining of financial and economic management processes in the S/S performing the functions of the General Contractor/Contractor for construction, installation, design and repair works.
Tasks:
- Create a sample solution that includes:
- FEU and accounting methodology (process procedures, control procedures and accounting standards)
- AIS on the basis of 1S:USO for solving the tasks of operational accounting and control in SIS/IC and for solving the tasks of consolidation and management within the holding (together with the developer of AIS)
- procedures for integration interaction with related information systems
- NSI organization
- Implementation of a standard solution at the facilities
- Creation of a control environment - related end-to-end control processes at all levels of management, with the aim of a qualitatively new level of management decision-making

Project results
As a result of the project implementation, an automated information system was created to monitor and control the activities of repair and construction S/S on the basis of 1C: Consolidation 8 PROF (AIS MIK).
AIS MIC consists of the following units:
- SDA/SDA cash consumption control Block. Includes formation and approval of payment/tranche request registers and their control
- Block for collecting and preparing information of SW/SW. Includes tools for collecting, generating and analyzing data on monitoring the activities of SW/SW
